Kent County meeting will be customary 3rd Tuesday, Aug. 21, in Touchdown Restaurant and Sports Pub, a short distance south of Dover proper between U.S. 13 and South Governors Avenue near Rodney Village. Nominal start time is 7 p.m.; expect me about 7:15 p.m. All interested persons are cordially invited to attend.
