DownsizeDC.org has a number of campaigns that we could adopt nearly verbatim as planks for our state platform. And they have more that we could use after revising them for State or Local, rather than national, scope.

There are a few that simply do not apply because they address purely national or international issues, but the General Assembly could still pass a resolution asking Congress for these things, which should at least make our U.S. Senators & Representative pay attention.

And there are even a few, such as One Subject at a Time, that I am happy to say are unnecessary because they are already part of our state Constitution!
