1. Access. Your access to this site is granted at the sole discretion of the Libertarian Party of Delaware. We reserve the Right to deny access to any user or delete any content on this site at any time, for any reason.

2. Advertising. The purpose of this site is to discuss libertarian ideas, and promote libertarian political activism within the state of Delaware. Postings of a commercial nature unrelated to this purpose are explicitely prohibited w/o prior written consent from the Libertarian Party of Delaware. You agree to pay a fine of up to $100 to the Libertarian Party of Delaware for each violation of this policy, and authorize your Internet Service Provider to release any information necessary to locate you and collect this fine. In addition, any personal information obtained about persons who spam this site will be posted on a "Hall of Shame" page for the world to see. This applies only to unsolicited commercial postings ("Spam"), not to opposing political arguments or ideologies.

   Members of and/or contributors to the Libertarian Party of Delaware may include a short (4 lines of text or less) "signature" identifying themselves and/or promoting their company or organization. Non LPD members may also include a signature in their posts, but commercial promotions are not permitted.
